SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY


Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.

We (www.tkckitchens.co.uk) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is: Order Processing Time + Delivery Time. A standard shipping fee shall be applied to all the products.

You can communicate with us to know your order status. We will also provide you with appropriate emails from time to time.


DELIVERY:

Deliveries will be made Monday – Friday between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. unless otherwise notified.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your items within 45 days of the date of your order or your requested delivery date, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. If you wish to change the delivery date once it is agreed then please gives us no less than 48 hours’ notice prior to delivery.

The delivery company will not deliver to your front door. They usually provide a kerbside delivery. This means that they will drive to the nearest access point possible to the intended address and you will be required to collect from there.

Furthermore, our carriers reserve the right to take pictures of the product once offloaded at your delivery address. You will be required to conduct an item count and sign a Proof of Delivery form which shall be conclusive evidence that you have received your order. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept signature from another person on your behalf if you need to sign for an item and you are not present at the time of delivery. In the event that you are not at the delivery address for a pre-arranged delivery and/or there is nobody present on your behalf at the time of delivery and our carriers cannot obtain a signed proof of delivery form, the products will be returned to us and we will attempt to contact you for to arrange a re-delivery.

We reserve the right to charge £100 for such re-delivery to you. In the event that there are any obvious shortages or damage to the products at the time of delivery, you agree to note this on the Proof of Delivery form. Further, you agree to check the products within 72 hours following receipt and shall promptly inform us of any faults or defects in such products as soon as you become aware of the same by calling the offices of Ziegal Ltd. We reserve the right to deliver by instalments. Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have received full payment for the products. When an item is delivered, risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you. In the event that products are delivered to you before we have received full payment for them you agree to keep the products in good repair, condition and properly protected and insured.

TEMPLATING & LEAD FOR WORKTOPS & SPLASHBACKS


The Company will undertake a survey of the site at which the Customer wishes to have the Products installed (“the TEMPLATE”). Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Customer, the Company’s lead-time for the delivery of the Products are estimated but will be a minimum of two (2) to three (3) weeks from the date that the template is completed and submitted. The Company will use its reasonable endeavours to carry out a template within seven (7) days of the date it receives a completed Order from the Customer with a payment taken (under the company directors discretion). The seven (7) days will commence from the date of receipt of payment. Due to the bespoke nature of our Products, once the Customer has placed an order, it may not be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, the Company will retain the Customer’s payment. All Products must be paid for in full and payments are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Please accept our apologies, occasionally we have to cancel orders for some reasons:

Product unavailability: We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.

Customer cancellation: If you have requested to cancel part or all of your order.
