RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return or exchange an item please follow the instructions below.

NON-FAULTY PRODUCTS

Where you cancel an order (in accordance with cancellation policy) and where products have already been delivered to you, we will charge you £100 to collect the products. If you do not return an item after our reasonable attempts to recover it, you will be deemed to have accepted the item, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

You agree to check the products on receipt and inform us of any defects within 72 hours of delivery. If there are any obvious defects to the product at the time of delivery you agree to note this on the Proof of Delivery slip. If, after a product has been fitted, you find a fault, we reserve the right to request the manufacturer or an engineer to contact you or make a house visit to confirm the fault. We shall have the right, at our discretion, to make repairs or replace defective or faulty products. If we agree to a return of a product, then you may return the product free of charge by calling the Helpline and we will arrange a mutually convenient time to collect the products. On no account must products be returned directly to TKC® Kitchens. If you return products directly to TKC® Kitchens, no refund will be given. If we arrange for an item to be repaired, please send us a copy of the invoice which accompanied delivery. Failure to show that you have purchased the item from us may result in the repair becoming chargeable. Repair turnaround time is dependent on the relevant manufacturer's current workload. We will not accept any claims for losses you suffer during this time. If a fault is caused by accident, your misuse or negligence, or it occurs outside the warranty period, it will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and you shall not be entitled to a refund or a repair at our cost. Service estimates for an item not covered by the manufacturer's warranty will be chargeable. An estimate will be emailed (or sent to you by post if we do not have an email address for you) and confirmation of acceptance is required within 10 days. Where such acceptance is not received the item will not be repaired.

UNSATISFACTORY INSTALLATION

Once the installation works are finished, you are responsible for inspecting the works and signing them off with the installer. If you have any concerns at that stage, you should contact us immediately. We hope that you will be happy with the installation works that have been completed. Should you have any concerns with regards to the installation at any time then contact the office of Ziegal Ltd. In the event that we consider that the problems that you are encountering are due to our faulty installation we will endeavour to resolve them to your satisfaction.
