To place an order, you'll first need a kitchen design and accurate measurements of your space. You can either provide your own design and measurements, or we can create a design for you through our free virtual design service or an in-home consultation with one of our kitchen surveyors (for a fee, which is refunded if you place an order).
Once you have a design you love and we have your measurements, one of our kitchen professionals will compile a detailed list of all the items needed to bring your dream kitchen to life. You'll then be able to review this list and confirm your order. We'll send you an order confirmation with all the delivery info and keep you updated throughout the process.
Top Tip: Double-check those measurements! Accurate measurements are crucial for a perfect fit. If you need us to take care of them, just give us a shout when you're ready to book.

Our returns policy depends on the specific product and the manufacturer's warranty. Generally, if something's been installed (even partly) or taken out of its packaging, we can't take it back. The same goes for anything made-to-order. Have a look at our terms and conditions for the full details.

Because your new kitchen is made-to-order, you have a 14-day window from the date of your order to make any changes or cancel it entirely.
