CANCELLATION POLICY


Our Cancellation Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Cancellation Policy at any time.

Please note that with the exception of the cancellation rights set out below and unless we agree in writing otherwise, you will not be entitled to cancel the contract/ORDER (other than in accordance with these terms and conditions, relevant consumer legislation or unless we are in serious breach of contract) without being liable to pay us such compensation including the costs of services and materials provided up to the date of cancellation. Please also note that we reserve the right to set off any payment taken against such liability

Please note that cancellation of the installation of products will not result in the cancellation of the purchase and delivery of the products, unless we are specifically notified.


CANCELLATION BY YOU OF CONTRACTS MADE IN YOUR HOME/WORK-PLACE (Regulations 2008)

You have a right to cancel contracts made within your home or place of work within seven (7) days from the date of signing the contract. If you wish to cancel the contract you MUST DO SO IN WRITING and deliver personally or post to TKC Kitchens, Piccadilly Place, Manchester, M1 3BR.Please note that although you have a right to cancel within 7 days, you will be required to pay for any products or services that we supply with your written agreement prior to that date.


MADE TO MEASURE CANCELLATIONS

As most of our items are made to order. All made to measure products such as worktops, doors and splash backs are subject to our terms and conditions of sale, once payment is taken we deem this to be confirmation of order and will proceed with ordering materials. A copy of the order will be sent via electronic mail to be used as a cross reference that all details are correct. Cancellation is not possible once we have received your materials as this is classed as bespoke and is therefore exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.

For Cancellation, you can contact us at our email service@tkckitchens.co.uk upon cancellation; the refund applies to our products only at our sole discretion.

All refunds will be issued as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.


PARTIAL CANCELLATION

Partial cancellations are allowed subject to confirmation from our back-office staff. A partial refund will be made in case of partial cancellation.


UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and https://www.tkckitchens.co.uk will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
